After downloading the Flink app and completing registration, go to the "Card Management" page and click "Apply for New Card". Fill in the necessary information as prompted. It usually takes 1-3 business days to complete the review and issue the card. Virtual cards can be used immediately, while physical cards will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Domestic transfers are usually instant, taking no more than 2 hours. Cross-border transfers depend on the destination country and bank, generally completing within 1-3 business days. You can track the progress in real-time in the transfer records.

Yes, Flink uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption technology, and all transaction data is transmitted encrypted. We also support biometric authentication - fingerprint and facial recognition - and provide real-time transaction notifications. Flink strictly complies with financial regulatory requirements and holds relevant licenses.

Domestic transfers are free. Cross-border transfers charge 0.5%-1.5% fees based on the amount and destination country, far lower than traditional banks. Large transfers enjoy more favorable rates. Specific fees will be clearly displayed before the transfer.

Flink currently supports over 20 major currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, HKD, and JPY. You can view the complete currency list and real-time exchange rates in the app.

Transfers cannot be directly canceled after success. If you need a refund, please contact the recipient to operate. For uncompleted transfers, you can cancel them in the app. If you encounter problems, please contact customer service for assistance in a timely manner.

To protect your account security, we have set default daily transfer and spending limits. You can adjust the limits according to your needs in "Account Settings" in the app. Large transactions may require additional identity verification.
